Position: Full sun
It is an excellent plant source of menthol and menthone and is among the oldest herbs used for culinary, medicinal, and fragrance products. It reproduces only vegetatively, spreading by its runners. If placed, it can grow almost anywhere.
* Growing Instructions: Planted all year round, remove seedlings from the eco-bag. Place in a shallow pot and fill it with rich organic soil. Or, dig a shallow hole outside in a lightly-shaded spot, allowing 25cm between plants. Pick leaves once they reach about 8cm tall.
* Pick frequently and use in making mint tea, mixed in cocktails, or rub on muscle sores, itches
